Subject: Stop your whining.
Whoever's posting negative stuff about Farmers products and advertising either is a disgruntled ex-agent, or didn't bother to pay attention to the new products (with lower, competitive pricing), services, and promotions geared to take Farmers even higher.
No, I'm not a Farmers kissass, and I'm not an employee. I'm a guy that depends on Farmers as a business partner to take MY income even higher.
If you think the grass is greener somewhere else, go there. And stop *****ing.
