As an agency owner, I'd like to send a big 'Thank You' to Farmers Insurance. Their District Managers and State Executives are great for my Independent Agency.

While our heart does sincerely go out to the a few Farmers agents who have sincerely tried to take care of their clients, we cannot help but write good business that Farmers apparently wants to throw away.

The products, the service, the support, the management's leadership-- those poor "insurance" agents have absolutely no place to turn. (Notice, "insurance" agents. Farmers tells their agents to salvage their agencies by becoming Financial Services agents, just like State Farm tells their employee-agents, just like Allstate tells their employee-agents, etc etc etc. So, where will anyone get their insurance??)

It's like telling Brett Favre to win the Super Bowl and giving him a hockey stick for equipment.

Thank you, Farmers. You're buying me my lake house and boat.
