Farmers is great. I have been an employee and a client and have no problems with them.... they do pay their claims and in a timely manner...just as the policy states. the problem is when people want more than they are insured for. it is funny that when people are wanting to buy a policy they want the cheapest premium around and when they have a claim they want policy limits and then some. farmers agents know their policies and try to educate their clients on the right coverage for them.
