I'm failing to see a higher risking in someone "thinking about" traveling over someone not "thinking about" traveling. Since when do your thoughts increase your risk? I'm not sure that the risk really increases enough to constitute a denial in coverage. I can understand travel to a 3rd world country, but not Isreal or any European nation or Canada or Mexico. Insurance companies need to just calm down.
