Now that ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅReverend Spitzer̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâàhas rained religion down onto Marsh, he seems to be a bit misguided on his delivery of wratḫ̢̢ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ
Punishment for Marsh:
Publicly apologize for ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åshameful̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâàbusiness practices, replace top management, agree never to do it again, and start a restitution fund of $850 mill (which is, I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m sure, just a small fraction of Marsḫ̢̢ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s net worth, PLUS Marsh will probably be collecting the interest on the fund! This punishment equates to a ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åflogging and a fine̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâàat best.
Punishment for Marsh Employees:
FEDERAL CRIMIAL RECORD, MONTHS/YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON, NEVER ABLE TO WORK IN ANY TYPE OF PROFESSION AGAIN or perhaps any type of job, save menial labor for minimum wage. Marsḫ̢̢ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s employee̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s professional and working lives could be effectively ENDED!
While Marsh continues to remain in business, only slightly tarnished.
There should be equity in ethos.
The indicted employees were only serving their ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åmaster̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâà(Marsh). The indicted employees were only doing the ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åbidding̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâàof their ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åmaster̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâàAND, they were doing their master̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s bidding as their master would have them do!
Why should the ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åmaster̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâà(Marsh) not suffer an equal wrath as his servants/employees?
The entity that is Marsh, should also be ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅENDED̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâàif the punishment fits Marsḫ̢̢ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s employees, it should also fit the ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åmaster̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃÂ.
OR̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ Marsḫ̢̢ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s employees should be given the same punishment handed to Marsh: Publicly apologize for ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åshameful̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâàbusiness practices, promise never to do it again, and pay a fine in an amount that is commensurate with Marsḫ̢̢ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åfine/fund̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâàas it relates to net worth respectively. Then, Rev. Spitzer could also ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅPRAISE̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâàMarsḫ̢̢ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s EMPLOYEES, as he praised Marsh, for ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åembracing reform̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâàand finally seeing the light. Consequently, the employees, like Marsh, will be free from criminal record and could obtain employment, ie: stay in business, just like Marsh.
Either way, this insurance professional is glad the ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Ågood word̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâàis being spread.
