It is not amazing that agents do not have business interuption coverage for flood, It simple is one of those things that is not readily available to purchase by anyone. This plea for help is no different than the pleas we here from the tens of thousands that were affected, with the big exception that we are not asking for retro active coverage or a handout from the federal government, we are asking for help from fellow agents, so that the people (our customers) that were affected by this horrible event can get on with their lives. Thousands of agents were affected and they are faced with helping their customers, even while their own homes were blown or washed away, agents are doing what they were hired by their customers to do and that is be there in the event of a claim, no matter how bad it is and how much you really don't want to be there. God help those customers that do not have agents because they bought coverage from the internet or from an 800 telephone #.
My question for you is what are you doing to help?
