Good for your son and daughter. They must talk Geico into insuring their home. Auto claims always take a shorter time to close, and auto policies cover flood.
I work in an independent agency, and I worked 12 hour days for 3 months after Ivan, helping our insureds with claims. I object to your condescending attitude.
An experienced, knowledgeable agent will always be a better resource than a barely licensed csr at the other end of the 800#.
