I'm still miffed that you would even tell the world you have a family member that is insured thru a direct writer. Apparently the e-mail was enough of a fuzzy warm feeling to make it all seem OK to you, but you have a lot to learn if you can't advise your own son on the evils of Geico, That is, as you put it "AMAZING"
