What gives them the right to decide what the consumer needs without any consumer polls or input? The insurance industry is just buying their way through the way they want to do it> I'm running a campaign against these issues by having every body shop in the country that is opposed to this legislation to start video taping all repairs dictated to repair facilities on all after- market parts to protect them from the insurers liability.
