Subject: Hank
he will never file the Civil Complaint
Why?
As someone running for a New York office
he needs to show harm etc.
Mr Greenberg did nothing wrong
What he did is what every major
insurance company has done
in good year understate results
and tough years adjust to show a better
result
How come the Stock is up?
who lost money?
how much did Hank make for his shareholders over a 10 year period?
How much has Spitzer made for the state of NY?
Bottom Line
Hank is smarter
has the personal resources to fight back
and can make spritzer look bad in an election year.
Spritzer should leave Hank alone before
he finds out why not to stick hank with a shart stick
My money is on Hank
