I agree with Mike, too. It is time for accountability in the industry; the ends do not justify the means, no matter how much money is made. Because of greedy people like this, the industry gets a bad reputation which makes it easier for trial lawyers to go after insurance companies. It amazes me that companies can just restate their earnings without some sort of penalty. If I had to restate my earnings, the IRS would attach all of my assets and I would face BOTH civil and criminal charges!
