What industry are you folks in? It is an observation... One point that the article did not comment on extensively--what had to have been contemplated is those nieghborhood attributes correlating with one another. If you live next to a church and nothing else, then you have a less likely probability of a loss. ...another thing...states like Minnesota & California and their statutes have actually driven up insurance costs by mandating specific nuances in coverage be provided by your basic (basic priced) car policy. The irresponsible people of the world are subsidzed for their losses by those who are responsible.
