It is a good thing that Old ST Nick (AKA: Santa) does not work out of Texas. Its been reported employees there, after many years of service, have been fired for being overweight or smoking on their own time. Do you thing Santa would qualify for health insurance? Don't think so! I think Santa should move to CA, then he can apply for SSI benefits. Maybe file a couple age and weight discrimation lawsuits, then retire in LA.
