my adjuster had put my claim in from hurricane wilma almost 3 mths ago and i have not even got a letter telling me that my claim is being reviewed, i think that is very unfair that claim holders have to wait without hearing a word from you. it is hard enough to live in a house with a blue roof that is leaking through the ceiling and the damage is getting worse. and still i have not herd a word about the progress of my claim. you could at least let your claim holders know something. Iam very discouraged, 3mths of waiting is a long time and the damage gets worse everytime it rains and so does the mildew.
