Now that that's out of the way, let's focus on legislation that will fix the root of the problem. Let's require that a plaintiff acutally have some sort of injury. And require that the venue actually have some relevence to either the plaintiff or defendant. If the courts had been doing these common sense things all along, we probably wouldn't be in this crisis now.
