I didn't say there were no legitimate cases. What I'm saying is there are a lot of frauds. And all the frauds not only hurt the companies but also hurt the chances of the truly injured to be fairly compensated. Had judges and juries exercised common sense all along, we wouldn't have such a crisis today.
