Subject: Heard it on Squawk Box
StPaul/Travelers should have indigestion after the USF&G/Royal/Travelers/Atlantic Mutual/Northland combination sandwich. The sponge must still have some dirty water that still needs to be squeezed out of it.
I would believe it if Zurich were looking to dump their small business book. They've been killing that all on their own for years since they appointed every local hack with a P&C license, trying to gain some ground after choosing to throw homebuilder agents down the stairs and run off that business. How many taxidermist, florists, funeral parlors and Kiwanis Clubs can you write?
