Neith one pays on time, and the little field adjuster basically finances the carrier. The carrier does not pay the IA and then the IA does not pay the field people.
There is a whole lot wrong and when the bad faith claims from Katrina, Rita and Wilma start, the 117 million will bite them in the posterior.
