it's about time something like this is done. in fact, it is time to do away with the individual states regulating insurance. since i am in claims and have worked across the country, having uniform coverage with endorsements for particular states along with NATIONAL UNIFORM LICENSING for the agents, adjusters and companies would make work much easier. Think of the cost savings for the carriers in terms of reporting, forms and compliance. WIN - WIN
