Anyone who took vioxx for arthritis and suffered a heart attack deserve to be compensated.since this poison drug causes heart attack as per thier own [merck research]do not matter weather you take it for 1 day or 18 months if it causes heart attack the poison kick in the very first time you take it.also,bear in mind that some people can drink 20 bottles of beer and never get drunk and some can only drink a bottle and feel drunk its the same reason why some people died right away and some dont.
