Drivers who...
12. Drive with babies in their laps.
13. Drive with pets in their laps.
14. Drive with coffee in one hand, and a cigarette in the other.
15. Pass on the shoulder.
16. Speeding...Expect you to move onto the shoulder so as to pass you.
17. Exceed the speed LIMIT, and then act as if you have a problem when obeying the speed LIMIT.
18. Maintain an unsafe speed on wet roads.
19. Keep their brights on unnessisarily.
20. Drive under the influence of a mind altering something.
21. Play stereo systems so loud it throws your heart beat out of sync.
22. Pick at body parts without the use of tissue.
23. Flick cigarette butts, chicken bones, and other stuff, out.
24. Stare at you for an uncomfortable amount of time.
25. Stare at you with ZERO expression.
26. Stare at you with ZERO expression while wearing dark sunglesses, for an uncomfortable amount of time.
26. Allow their kids to make faces and mock you from their back window.
27. Manitain their vehicles so poorly that the smoke from their tail pipe endangers the whole of rush hour traffic.
28. Are visibly falling asleep at the wheel, but keep traveling.
29. Believe that the bigger the vehicle, the more (imagined) road rights they have.
30. Don't get caught by a cop for endangering others, which same cop noticed your turn signal is out.
