Hey Bubba, it shore is y'alls right not to wear a belt, just pay the fine when you're caught. Better yet, buy a life insurance policy so ya don't leave your wife and kids in a financial hole if you're killed in an accident. And even if it is your right not to wear a belt, at least buckle your kids so that they can grow up & have the right to choose also.

Nuff said.
