I would like to see an honest report of actual fact regarding " the fact that uninsured drivers, who are not drunkards, actualy have a significantly lower incident(accident) rate. I do not accept the reports from police, judicial systems or insurance companies or other agencies bought and paid-off by the forelisted.

In general and by my observation those who have insurance, especially but not limited to the drivers under about 40yr old, tend to have the mentality that everyone owes them so they do not practice safe/ defensive driving, and combine the thought that " let them hit me" or " who do you think you are" and usually cause the incident themself. If it be with an uninsured driver as their victum, nearly all of the time, at least in Illinois, the uninsured driver gets the ticket(s) simply because he is uninsured, not complyant with this terrible law that costs us all tons of mony. Remember the LIE " THE MANDITORY AUTO INSURANCE LAW WILL SAVE LIVES and MONY, exactly the opposite IS the case. We need to simply get STUPID people off the road, and politicians out of our pockets.
