Thank God there are still judges out there that see reason and not just $$. A law like this, of enacted, would hurt so many more companies. I understand that Wal-Mart has a bad reputation, whether it it deserved or not, but this law aimed specifically at Wal-Mart would harm the majority not just them. Way to Go Judge!
