Interesting positions being taken by Marsh, Aon, Willis etc. If you go back and look through the not so distant archives you will find very firm statements on Contingencies being bad.

Well which is it ?

Today it will be limited to MGA programs, next year to any programs, then to anything written in Wholesale capacity.

In the end, what a waste of money and resources on all sides fighting this issue that was apparently just political posturing.
