IT IS INCOMPREHENSIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE THAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, AND THIS ALSO MEANS THE FAA, HAS FAILED TO ABSOLUTELY MANDATE THAT EACH PILOT KNOW WHERE HE'S GOING ON TAKE-OFF
-ISN'T IT REQUIRED THAT HE SURLE KNOW WHICH RUNWAY HE'S GOING TO LAND-ON?
