Wal-Mart is the root of this epidemic; fuels costs have skyrocketed since they became dependent on shipping Chinese made goods over here to sell dirt cheap. That, and the catalytic converter; when these small cars take over, people will by 3 of them rather than an SUV and a VAN, and you'll have just as much pollution and even more traffic because people will think they can buy more of these cars and use them more often because they are cheaper on gas. Don't be surprised to see Wal-Mart selling a Chinese version of these microbiles in your neighborhood soon!
