Yep...In most cases I would agree. In this case however, I wouldn't count your chickens before they are hatched. If everything the Insurance carriers was on the up and up, they should have nothing to hide, however its telling that State Farm is nearing a settlement that very well might pay out several hundred million dollars to claimants in exchange for a criminal probe into their post Katrina practices being dropped by the state of Mississippi. Seems to me they are buying their way out of trouble. If they really had nothing to hide they would have nothing to fear so they wouldn't settle.
Only time will tell.
