During the aftermath of Hurricane Camille, it was difficult to determine whether property was damage by wind, by water, or by both.....
I do not think alot has changed since Camille, although I am not an engineer, Hurricane Katrina and Rita produced both wind and water damage, and if any insurer including State Farm is suggested that there was absolutely no damage from wind and it was all from water....then I'm sorry, but, there just not doing the right thing..!!
