I find it very scary that 81% of the people in charge in our industry expected to win in the Katrina mess,ie, win in Miss. or Louisiana .(See other articles on line regarding the verdict and settlement involving State Farm). I may be in New England now but I have handled claims in the Southeast and I fully expected the Insurance Industry to lose even though I think these losses are really excluded. Very scary that our executives should be so out of touch with reality.
