so, for all of you who know all of this information or think you do! allstate told us we had a hurricane policy endorsment, allstate told us we were not in a flood zone and did not need flood insurance, us army corp said your not in a federal flood zone, wells fargo said, you do not need a flood policy.

as mentioned the insurance co.'s violated the law of ms.

FRAUD was commited on the people of ms which is why SF has and will continue to settle IN FEAR THAT ALL OF YOU FAITHFULL CUSTOMERS might realize that at any time they could do this to you.

it is not the insureds legal duty to prove exactly what happened. in fact if we had not evacuated part of our policy would have been void.

can you imagine hurricane winds for hours not doing any damage? a perfect house waiting for storm surge. by the way my SBA DAMAGE ASSESMENT was 195,000 and it was insured for 177,000 I had walls and roof but everything els was ripped out, if you did not know it was not a huge wave the water rose slowly and left slowly compare the floods in other parts of the country not the same at all.

by the way the policy excluded all sorts of water damage but no where in the policy was STORM SURGE mentioned. could this just be an error on the part of allstate or is it because the information provided to the state to obtain approval for rate increases included storm surge and wind damage estimates?

why was my policy not called a hurricane WIND policy?

not to be rude but if ya'll would read these policies, the laws of the state of MS and weather events that occured you might think differently.

And guess what ya'll are paying for the damage anyway- FEMA, GRANTS and yes NATIONAL FLOOD who has paid, you all have while the insurance executives are getting tax breaks on their highest profits ever.
