Subject: Shaun - RE: ALLSTATE vs State Farm
Let me address this statement of yours...
"as mentioned the insurance co.'s violated the law of ms.
FRAUD was commited on the people of ms..."
If the law of MS does not allow for anti-concurrent causation clauses, then why did the Dept. of Ins. approve State Farm's policy language? Should the Dept. of Ins. not be held to some account for this FRAUD committed on the people of MS?
By the way, I have read State Farm's policy cover to cover and understand how to interpret and apply said language. As far as MS law goes, I am at a loss, but can read and understand.
P.S. Proper capitalization and punctuation would mke reading the rest of your post much easier, and then it might make more sense.
