State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. is asking a federal judge to disqualify himself from hearing a bid to certify a class action lawsuit against the insurer over Hurricane Katrina damages.

Subject: Judge+Hood Make them Pay For All Living Expenses Too !
This benefit is owed to every Insured.
They did not want us to know about this
benefit.
They did not call, Agents did not call,
No one tried to offer this benefit to their clients of Katrina.
They tried to hide the benefit from us.
Insured that Reqested Living Expenses were denied.
State Farm said our home is uninhabitable ...because of the water.
They should pay even more for witholding benefits that we paid for.
Actual Loss Sustained?
