And for you people that don't have faith in the jury system...move to another country! I am so tired of you people whining about jury judgements. We have the best legal system in the world. The jury system is as fundamental to our country as the Bill of Rights! Maybe you ought to take a lessons in Patriotism.
This is capitalism at its best. If you manufacture a dangerous product and people get hurt, guess what, you pay! End of story. That's how it works. The free market tells us that if you don't provide the best product, you will lose money by both the courts and the loss in profits from the consumer not purchasing it.
Stop blaming the victim and start supporting your fellow Americans.
