The reason for the financial problems is stock option bonus' to exec's, Pull those out of the mix and you will have a lot less financial problems paying out claims.
If one exec is pocketing 7 million a year in stock option bonus' a year plus salary and benefits. That money better spent on consumers paying premuims could pay for a lot of claims.
