Maybe they should admit that the projects done many years ago are not up to the standards of the world we live in today, either because of poor planning when they were done, or better technology today, but instead of blaming global warming for the failure of projects, investigate the completed projects & review every couple years to make sure it will still provide the protection of whatever it's purpose was originally intended.
I hear the temps are on the rise this week, but we will get a cooling trend towards the weekend!
