MM: I went to the website and like you saw no visible signs of insurance knowledge. BTW, the website was extremely vague, ackward and appeared to have been constructed by someone who was totally ignorant of the claims industry. They have a grand idea as no adjuster really likes working contents inventories. The problem is the carrier is already paying for an adjuster to go to the scene and would the carrier be willing to duplicate payment for a contents only firm to go also. Finally, the replacement companies perform the same service as Scope and do it for free just for the opportunity to get to replace the items. Don't really think this will fly, but it might be too early to tell.
