Subject: I find it interesting...
In actuality, I am loyal only to the extent my Independent Agent feels a carrier provides the appropriate coverage at a competitive (not necessarily lowest)price. He determines where my "loyalty" is best served. If I have "loyalty", it is to the Agent who has very adequately taken care of my needs over the years. That is where service is important to me.
