Isn't that the truth. I can sit here all day explaining coverages to people - WANTING to teach and educate. Problem is these very same cryers are people who just do not want to read their policies. Nor do they want their agents to blab on about insurance. Bottom line is that the general public has a problem with taking responsibility for their own policies. I'TS EASIER to just blame the good ol agent
