Subject: Opinion Please
I am of the opinion (and it is just an opinion) that consumers purchasing their coverge on-line are less informed about what is covered vs. not covered than the consumer who purchases their insurnace through the agency system.
Does anyone else have an opion or know if this has ever been researched?
