I agree with you B&O. However, no matter how politely & professionally you try to educate the clients, they just don't want to listen. Most of people purchase HO3 policy because it's required by mortgage not because they want the coverage and they're so busy with closing escrow and moving, they don't want to spend extra time to go over the coverage. They just want to know the premium. HO6 is worst. They think HOA will cover all their losses since they're paying insurance premium to HOA every month. I always recommend higher coverage with more benefit, but they all think I just want to sell more for more commission. I think the bottom line is that most of them believe the homeowners loss will not occur and those people who purchase thru on-line are in more risk.
