Don't you just love it: their FINANCIAL ADVISOR told them they needed the EQ policy, and they listened to him. I'd bet they meet their finl advisor on an annual or even semi-annual basis because their financial health is more important to them. If the financial advisor tells them they need LTC insurance, they will take it seriously. If we tell them we're only trying to sell them something. Just make sure your E&O insurance is paid up.
