What difference does it make if Alex is a liberal or a conservative? This issue has nothing to do with either.
I've never had any problems with my customers either, but what this article states is that most people think their policies cover more than they do. Even though I think I do a good job of explaining things, when a claim comes up, customers tend to think they are covered no matter what. That's why it's important to meet with them regularly.
