WHY NOT BRING BACK THE CUSTOM OF RUBBER-STAMPING (ALL OVER) THE POLICY THAT FLOOD AND OR WHATEVER OTHER MAJOR PERIL IS NOT COVERED
ALSO REQUEST THE CUSTOMERS EMAIL ADDRESS & SEND EMAIL REQUIRING THEM TO SIGN-OFF TO THEIR UNDERSTAMDING THAT FLOOD OR OR WHATEVER MAJOR PERIL IS NOT COVERED
-WHAT IT BOILS DOWN TO IS; MANY OF THESE FOLKS KNOW THAT MAJOR PERILS LIKE FLOOD ARE NOT COVERED AND THEY JUST DECIDE NOT TO PURSUE A FLOOD COVER FROM THE NATL FLOOD PROGRAM, "because it won't happen here"
BUT OH..OY! (MEANS OH YEAH) WHEN THE FLOOD HAPPENS..THEY FORGET ABOUT ALL THAT AND NOW THE BIG BAD INSURANCE COMPANY AND INDUSTRY IS THE BOOGY-MAN
GIVE IT A BREAK !
