Trying to equate contingent commissions in a fiduciary environment to sales incentives for retail productivity shows a complete lack of understanding.
I'm sure that consumers are comforted by your experience that those who take advantage of the situation eventually "get theirs". That's just super - rip me off under the pretext of meeting my needs - I have no problem with that knowing tat someday you might get caught.
The spurious nature of your arguments makes it all the more clear to me that the abolition of contingent commissions is most desirable.
