Even after forfeiting the 7.75MM and the 250K fine there's 3MM un-accounted for. At age 67, this scumbag has probably been involved in previous illegal schemes so he won't be hurting for money. Catching him now doesn't really amount to much consequence since he'll enjoy the rest of his life comfortably. This is the unfortunate reality of our society. The people who are entrusted to uphold the law manage to manipulate to their own benefit and never seem to pay much of a price.
