I know what you mean; the real problem is not the car but those driving it and HOW they drive. There would be no need for many of these efforts, if only we could teach people to think! No idea how to do that....but ere are my newest bumper stickers: KEEP RIGHT, PASS LEFT....
and the oldie but goodie: DRIVE NOW, TALK LATER....
