It never ceases to amaze me that people think that there is a substitute for personal responsibility for the wellbeing of your own child - When you buy a product for your kid - there is certain responsibility on your part to look at it, examine it, put your kid in it and see if it could cause a problem and you buy it!
I went to the website and looked at this thing and there is no way that a person of "average intelligence" wouldn't know that the kid could fall out of it if they were left unattended. Does the word "DUH" mean anything?
Glad I grew up in an age when there weren't even seat belts in cars - I might have hurt myself
