This would be a terrible coverage to offer. It reduces the obligation and incentive for the policyholder to attempt to avoid a strike by good faith negotiating. It would also adversely impact related/dependent businesses to prolonged loss.

The last "creative" coverage was "kidnap and ransom". Talk about a stupid move. It does nothing more than create an incentive for kidnappers everywhere to snatch people and collect money. The better coverage would be "kidnap response expense coverage". That would pay for mercenaries to hunt down the kidnappers an "eliminate" them.
