here's the problem, why move these? if put in critical points, you wud not need to move them. these points can also be used to help w/the rescue work as well. there shud be more than one in a mine. afterall, life is pricesless and the costs associated can be taken with the company on taxes for safety of the individuals who are working in the plant. if a trucker can get tax break his personal gear safety, so can the mining company. so it's a win/win/win situation!
